- Proficient in AutoCAD Civil 3D, and hydrology/hydraulics software.
- Advanced knowledge of AASHTO, MUTCD, and DOT standards.
- Experienced in public utility design, transportation modeling, and roadway design.
- Skilled at integrating multimodal design for diverse transport modes.
