We're hiring an accurate, organized, and detail-oriented person to man our front desk and float between our Wilmington, NC and Atkinson, NC offices. ARE YOU A GOOD FIT TO BECOME OUR DENTAL RECEPTIONIST?

You'll work at our front desk from 9:00 am to 5:30 pm, Monday through Thursday and may need to rotate between our Wilmington and Atkinson offices as needed.

Our Dental Receptionist is the face and voice of our office, setting the tone for positive patient experiences. Armed with an uplifting attitude and a desire to help, you'll assist patients in person and over the phone, ensuring they have a smooth experience with our office. You'll check patients in for appointments, answer questions, and schedule the next treatment before they leave. When a new patient joins, you'll accurately enter their information into our system. You'll also help with filing and other tasks to keep our front desk running smoothly.

Dental Receptionist Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of experience working in a dental or medical office
• Customer service experience
• Basic computer proficiency
• Experience using Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and various social media platforms
• Ability to take initiative and proactively tackle responsibilities
• Organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Team spirit
• Professional appearance and polite phone communication skills
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills - highly preferred
• High school degree or equivalent - preferred
