Key Responsibilities
- Full Cycle Accounting: Managing the complete financial recording process, from invoice to financial statement.
- General Ledger Management: Maintaining the company’s books, ensuring accuracy of all entries.
- Reconciliation & Payroll:
Reconciling bank/credit card statements and managing payroll processing
.
- Financial Reporting: Preparing monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements (balance sheets, income statements).
- Compliance & Tax: Handling payroll tax filings and coordinating with CPAs for year-end taxes.
