Role Overview
Entry-level outdoor labor position supporting mowing, trimming, planting, mulching, and
general grounds maintenance. No experience required; training provided.
Key Duties
• Mow, trim, edge, and blow
• Plant and maintain shrubs, flowers, and trees
• Mulch, weed, and clean job sites
• Use basic landscaping tools and equipment
• Work safely in all weather conditions
Requirements
• Able to work outdoors and lift 50 lbs
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to learn
• Valid driver’s license is a plus
