ERP Developer â Acumatica Platform
Location: Open to local or remote candidates within the U.S.

Job Summary
A growing technology-driven organization is seeking an experienced ERP Developer to design, develop, and maintain large-scale ERP customizations, integrations, and workflows within the Acumatica ERP platform .
This role is central to ensuring the ERP environment effectively supports evolving business processes, scales with growth, and continuously delivers measurable improvements in efficiency.
Youâll collaborate closely with business stakeholders and IT leadership to translate operational needs into technical solutionsâdeploying clean, scalable code that optimizes ERP functionality and user experience.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain customizations within Acumatica ERP using the Acumatica Framework (C#, .NET, and customization projects).
Design and implement integrations between Acumatica and third-party applications using REST/SOAP APIs, web services, and middleware.
Build and optimize Acumatica workflows, automation steps, and user screens to enhance usability and efficiency.
Partner with stakeholders to analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable ERP solutions.
Write, test, and deploy high-quality, maintainable, and secure code following development best practices.
Support ERP upgrades , ensuring all customizations remain compatible with new versions.
Develop SQL queries, stored procedures, and data views to support custom functionality and reporting.
Troubleshoot and resolve system performance issues, integration failures, and code defects.
Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for solutions and deployment processes.
Participate in code reviews, technical design discussions, and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Mentor junior developers and assist with user training on new functionality.
Stay current with Acumatica SDK updates , development frameworks, and ERP best practices.
Provide on-call or after-hours support as needed during critical releases.
Qualifications
Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
3â5 years of ERP development experience , with direct Acumatica customization experience strongly preferred .
Proficiency in C# and the Acumatica xRP Framework .
Strong experience with Microsoft SQL Server , including stored procedures, query tuning, and database optimization.
Hands-on experience with REST/SOAP APIs , web services, and data integrations.
Working knowledge of ERP workflows and business processes (finance, supply chain, service, manufacturing).
Familiarity with source control systems (Git) and deployment pipelines (CI/CD) .
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skillsâable to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
