QualificationsPOSITION SUMMARY:
Admissions Referral Manager will take part in completing critical administrative duties that will enhance effectiveness of the Admissions Department to ensure smooth admissions processing for referral sources, families, staff and patients. This includes participation in the timely processing of inquiry/referral calls, communication and collaboration with on-site Holly Hill staff and referring hospitals in reference to current and possible Holly Hill patients. Assist the Director of Admission with directives of the department .
QUALIFICATIONS:
Education/Training:
Master’s degree in human service field (e.g., Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, etc.);
Experience:
4 years experience in the mental health field, hospital experience preferred.
Licensure/Certification:
Knowledge and Skills:
Supervision on intake referrals and timely response
-Guidance and coaching of referral specialists on hospital criteria
-Daily deflections report
-Collaboration with intake team on site to ensure smooth transition for patient
-Assisting in verification of benefits for all incoming patients
-Pre-entering patients into MS4
