Credit Union Vice President
- Support the CEO in implementing strategic goals, policies, and procedures.
- Oversee branch operations, lending, and member service functions to ensure quality and compliance.
- Supervise and coach department managers and staff, promoting teamwork and accountability.
- Assist in regulatory compliance, audit preparation, and policy enforcement.
- Manage vendor relationships and monitor service contracts.
- Analyze financial and operational reports to identify trends and recommend improvements.
- Serve as acting CEO in the CEO’s absence.
- Participate in community and business development activities to enhance membership growth.
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in credit union or community banking management.
- Strong knowledge of credit union operations, compliance, and lending.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
