Location: The Market at 7th Street, 224 E 7th St, Charlotte, NC
Type: Full-Time | Entry-Level Management
Compensation: Starting MIT Rate: $15–$17/hr (plus tips); After Training (full manager promotion in 6–12 months): $18–$20/hr (not tip eligible)

Schedule : Tuesday - Saturday 12:00p-8:00pm

The Role

As a Manager In Training (MIT) , you’ll dive into every part of running a high-energy ice cream business while preparing to step into a leadership role. This is a hands-on, fast-paced position designed for someone who’s passionate about people, detail-oriented, and ready to grow into managing a store of their own.

What You’ll Do

• Create Joyful Experiences – Deliver warm, memorable service that keeps guests coming back.

• Lead with Energy – Support hiring, training, and motivating team members to embody The Social Cow spirit.

• Learn the Operations – Get hands-on with scheduling, inventory management, and daily shop procedures.

• Launch the Flavors – Help roll out weekly flavor drops and seasonal promotions.

• Connect with Community – Build relationships with customers, venues, and local partners.

• Grow into Leadership – Participate in structured training to become a full manager in 6–12 months.

• Passion for hospitality, food service, or retail.

• Natural leadership skills and love for working with people.

• Attention to detail and a proactive, problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment.

• Excited to learn, grow, and build with a local Charlotte brand.
