Essential FunctionsAnswers incoming phone calls from potential customersReplies to email quotes from potential customersPrepare quotes for customersCommunicates lead times on productsCommunicates payment procedures to customersProvides customers with expected delivery datesSources and searches for parts with our vendorsProcess customer orders via credit card and/or POsPurchases products from vendors when the quote is approvedCreates POs for purchased productsProvides information to vendors for shipments.Follow up with current customers to ensure client satisfactionMeet or exceed sales targetsIdentity opportunities to upsell or cross-sell productsAct as a liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve issues or concernsOther duties as assigned.Education and CompetenciesHigh school diploma or aboveProven experience in sales or customers service with a minimum of one year of experienceExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent interpersonal skills and attention to detail.Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilitiesDemonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targetsProficient with HubSpot, Shopify, Quoter and PlanergyAdditional DetailsSupervisory responsibilities: NoWork environment: Warehouse setting, controlled temperaturesPhysical demands: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
