**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, maintaining professionalism at all times.
+ Conduct regular and random armed patrols throughout the location, including both interior and perimeter areas, to help to deter unauthorized activity.
+ Monitor for unusual or suspicious activity and report findings promptly according to site protocols.
+ Maintain a visible presence to help to deter potential threats and provide reassurance to those at the location.
+ Collaborate with site personnel and local authorities as needed to address incidents or emergencies.
+ Complete detailed and accurate documentation of patrols, incidents, and observations as required by Allied Universal and site procedures.
+ Adhere to all company and client policies regarding the carrying and use of firearms, maintaining proper licensing and training.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ At least one year of armed security, law enforcement, or military experience is required.
+ An armed guard card or license is required.
+ A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.
+ Be at least 21 years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
+ Participate in industry-specific security training programs.
+ Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
+ A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
