Salary Range: Up to $18.00 hourly + benefits The above represents the expected hourly pay range for this job requisition. Ultimately, in determining your pay, we'll consider your location, experience, and other job-related factors. Responsibilities: In addition to delivering extraordinary service on calls in a fast-paced, structured customer care environment, you may: - Process credit card payments over the phone or via Storefront for new and existing customers.
- Provide excellent care
- Assist with any customer issues
- Document any phone calls and actions in the data base.
- Perform opening and closing duties of Storefront lobby.
- Maintain concentration and focus in order to meet performance goals.
- Maintain good working relationship with assigned supervisors and coworkers.
- Have computer technology savviness with the ability to smoothly operate multiple windows and tabs, while simultaneously providing Best-In-Class Customer Experience speaking to customers over the phone
Qualifications: What We Look for in a Candidate: - 18 years or older
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout the entirety of your shift with minimal to no distractions.
- Superb attendance, so you can be there when our customers need us.
