Activity Coordinator

We are seeking an energetic, creative, and compassionate Activity Coordinator to help bring life, engagement, and meaningful experiences to our residents each and every day.

What You’ll Do:

• Plan, coordinate, and lead engaging daily activities and events for residents
• Create programs that promote socialization, emotional well-being, and quality of life
• Organize group activities, games, outings, holiday celebrations, and special events
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and families
• Encourage resident participation and individualized engagement
• Maintain activity calendars, participation records, and required documentation
• Collaborate with nursing, therapy, dietary, and leadership teams to enhance the resident experience
• Help create a warm, uplifting, and positive environment throughout the building

What We’re Looking For:

• Positive personality with strong interpersonal skills
• Compassionate and resident-centered approach
• Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Previous activity, recreation, healthcare, senior living, or customer service experience preferred
• Ability to lead groups and interact confidently with residents, families, and staff
• Experience in long-term care or assisted living preferred, but not required
