Customer Service Representative – Onsite (Entry Level)

Pay Rate: $20.40/hour

Location: Onsite – Cary, NC

Schedule: Must be open to either of the following shifts:

• Option 1: Tuesday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM; Saturday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Option 2: Monday to Friday, 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM

Job Description

We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team and support inbound and outbound calls related to prescription delivery and payment coordination. You’ll be the primary point of contact for non-clinical inquiries, helping ensure timely and accurate medication distribution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle high-volume inbound/outbound calls to schedule deliveries and payments
• Respond to customer inquiries or route calls appropriately
• Update progress notes for internal workflow visibility
• Provide support for refill needs, insurance verification, and invoice requests
• Answer patient questions and escalate to clinical teams when needed
• Identify and report adverse events and product complaints
• Perform other duties as assigned based on team/program needs

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of high-volume call center experience
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work onsite 5 days a week with reliable transportation
• Comfortable working late shifts for 9–12 months

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.40 - $20.40/hr.
