We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role involves engaging with potential clients, managing existing accounts, and expanding our market presence across various industries. The ideal candidate will possess strong skills in sales, business development, and account management, with a focus on B2B sales. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your sales expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and networking
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by providing exceptional customer service and tailored solutions
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients
- Engage in direct sales efforts, including inside and outside sales activities, to meet or exceed sales targets
- Utilize software to track leads, manage customer information, and analyze sales data
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop strategies for market penetration and brand awareness
- Upsell additional products or services to existing customers to increase revenue
- Maintain thorough knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and product offerings for effective selling
Skills
- Proven experience in B2B sales, or technology sales
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills
- Strong analysis skills for evaluating market data and identifying opportunities
- Experience in lead generation, cold calling, and direct sales techniques
- Knowledge of marketing strategies related to business development and retail sales environments
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple accounts efficiently while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
- Self-motivated with a proactive approach to achieving sales goals and managing growth
