Executive Assistant - Remote | WFH

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Remote Executive Assistant to provide exceptional administrative and strategic support to busy executives. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and takes pride in being a trusted partner to clients.

About the Role

As an Executive Assistant, you'll act as a key resource for executives by managing their schedules, handling administrative tasks, and ensuring they can focus on their core priorities. You'll also play a vital role in creating organizational systems, managing workflows, and proactively identifying ways to improve efficiency.

We are currently hiring in the U.S. with the exception of: Alaska, California, Colorado, the District of Columbia, Hawaii, Illinois, Iowa, Maine, Massachusetts, Michigan, Minnesota, Montana, New Hampshire, New York, North Dakota, Ohio, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Dakota, Washington State, and Puerto Rico.

What You'll Do

Provide top-tier executive support, including task and project management.

Attend and take detailed notes during weekly planning and accountability meetings.

Support multiple clients with varying priorities, deadlines, and workflows.

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients as a trusted resource.

Help clients improve their business efficiency by implementing effective delegation strategies.

Keep clients organized and focused on key business initiatives and goals.

Develop and manage inbox organization, scheduling, project coordination, and delegation strategies.

Track and report on client time and task usage.

Stay updated on industry trends and continuously develop skills through training and team-building activities.

Work collaboratively with a remote team and be available during normal business hours (Monday-Friday, 9 AM-5 PM ET).

Must have a personal computer with up-to-date antivirus software and a reliable high-speed internet connection.
