Position Details: * Job Title: Caregiver (Part-Time) * Location: Randolph & Montgomery Counties (required) * Schedule: * Monday to Friday availability between 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM is a plus * 3rd shift availability is a plus * On-call coverage for unexpected call-outs is preferred * Salary is between $15.00 and $16.00 an hour. Depending upon experience. Key Qualifications: * Previous care-giving experience is required * CNA, PCA, or HHA license (current or previous accepted) * A genuine desire to help others and improve their quality of life * Compassionate, patient, and understanding of seniors’ unique needs * A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are a plus * Willingness to work in Randolph and Montgomery Counties is a required * Clean background check required Responsibilities: * Provide companionship and emotional support * Assist clients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including: * Bathing, toileting, dressing, eating, grooming, walking * Light housekeeping and running errands * Monitor and report changes in health or behavior to the care team * Deliver high-quality, respectful, and compassionate care What We Offer: * A heartwarming, fulfilling opportunity to truly make a difference * Flexible scheduling to fit your lifestyle * A supportive and collaborative team environment * Health insurance available A Day in the Life of a Caregiver: As a caregiver on our team, you’ll be instrumental in helping seniors maintain their independence and dignity—allowing them to age safely and comfortably in their own homes.
