Construction Foreman - Healthcare Renovations

Revels Contracting Services, Inc., a leader in the installation of medical imaging equipment, is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Foreman to oversee the remodeling of healthcare facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring that our projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• THIS POSITION REQUIRES WEEKLY TRAVEL (Must live within 1 hour of Gastonia, NC)
• Supervise and coordinate all aspects of construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to project timelines, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Manage and lead a team of skilled workers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as needed.
• Collaborate closely with project managers, architects, engineers, and healthcare facility representatives to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, as well as industry-specific requirements for healthcare facility construction.
• Maintain detailed records of project activities, including daily reports, safety logs, and material inventories.
• Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, providing regular updates on project status and addressing any concerns or inquiries.
• Travel to various project sites during the week, with the expectation of being home on weekends.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Construction Foreman, preferably in the healthcare or medical imaging industry.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, tools, and materials, with a focus on healthcare facility remodeling.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a diverse workforce.
• Exceptional problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing challenges.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Willingness to travel weekly and adapt to different work environments.
