Warehouse Supervisor
Accentuate Staffing is assisting a a food and beverage manufacturer in the Garner area who is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join their team. This is a direct hire opportunity working 4pm-12am, with required OT during busy season.
Responsibilities:
- Warehouse Supervisor will be responsible for supervising up to 9 direct reports
- Supervisor will manage work schedules for warehouse associates
- Supervisor will assist with managing inventory levels
- Supervisor will schedule deliveries and assist in loading trucks as necessary
- Supervisor will train and onboard warehouse employees as well as conduct performance reviews and implement performance improvement plans
Requirements:
- Candidates must have 3+ years leadership experience in a warehouse environment
- Food and/or beverage experience a plus!
- Must be comfortable working in a non climate controlled environment and lifting up to 75 lbs on a regular basis
- Must have a valid NC Driver’s License
- Must be comfortable operating forklifts
- Candidate must be computer savvy
- Will be required to pass a criminal background check and drug test
