LHH is seeking a Commercial Assistant Property Manager for a confidential commercial real estate company in Charlotte, NC. This opportunity is ideal for an early-career property management professional looking to grow within a stable organization while supporting a portfolio of properties.
Responsibilities- Serve as a primary point of contact for tenant requests and day-to-day communications
- Coordinate vendors, maintenance activities, and work orders
- Assist with property inspections and site visits
- Support lease administration, tenant compliance, and property documentation
- Help with invoicing, budget tracking, expense management, and reporting
- Maintain property records and ensure operational efficiency across the portfolio
- 1-5 years of commercial property management, property administration, or related experience
- Strong tenant relations and customer service skills
- Experience coordinating vendors and maintenance requests
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel locally as needed
- Experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Property Coordinator, or Property Administrator
- Exposure to CAM reconciliations, budgeting, or property financials
- Experience with Yardi, or similar property management software
- Background supporting multiple commercial properties
