Responsibilities:

• Perform roof inspections and accurately communicate findings with customers.
• Communicate the value of our work and build customer confidence.
• Prepare and send accurate quotes.
• Follow-up calls.
• Accurately navigate and enter job details in CRM software system.
• Assist customers with their decision-making process regarding materials for the project.
• Ensure scheduling and materials for projects are accurate and timely.
• Ensure control of projects by managing priorities, conflicts, and risks.
• Effectively communicate with subcontractors, homeowners, and office staff.
• Balance the demands of concurrent projects while maintaining a high level of diplomacy.
• Perform related duties as assigned by Owner or Manager.

Qualifications:

• Valid Driver's License required.
• Clean driving record required.
• Lifting materials required.
• Must be able to lift and climb ladder and go on roof.
• Previous experience in sales, estimating, and customer service.
• Residential roofing experience preferred not required.
• Basic math skills required.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with customers, subcontractors, and office staff.
• Must be able to build rapport with customers and close the sale.
• Ability to work independently and carry out assignments to completion.
• Ability to work with a team.
• Must be able to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude and providing exemplary customer service.
• Must maintain regular, punctual attendance.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize.
• Show initiative and think proactively.
• Flexibility and willingness to adapt to meet the needs of the business.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

Compensation Details:

• BASE HOURLY PAY PLUS COMPETITIVE COMMISSION
