**What You'll Do:**
+ Provide customer service to clients by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and responding appropriately to emergency situations.
+ Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm and problem-solving manner, following company protocols and client expectations.
+ Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including both the business interior and perimeter, to help to deter unauthorized activities and provide a visible presence.
+ Monitor for unusual activity or potential security-related issues and promptly report findings to the appropriate personnel.
+ Support access control measures by observing entrances, exits, and restricted areas, helping to maintain authorized personnel flow.
+ Collaborate with site staff and Allied Universal team members to address security-related concerns and promote a secure environment.
+ Complete detailed and accurate reports of daily activities, incidents, and other relevant observations as required by site policies.
+ Remain alert to changes in the environment, adapting to varying working conditions typical in a tech or media-oriented location.
**Minimum Requirements:**
+ Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
+ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
+ As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
+ Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
