We have an immediate opening for a Senior Customer Service Sales Representative to join our Team - someone who enjoys helping customers and supporting a team environment - must be positive and proactive. Remote work is available for the right candidate. Training is onsite in our office.

Job Title: Senior Customer Service Sales Representative

Pay Rate: $21.00 per hour plus bonus

Work Hours: 5 days per week, 32 to 40 hours per week, every other Saturday.

What you will be doing:

• Answering incoming calls, forwarding as necessary and making outbound calls to current customers.
• Answering emails and texts inquiries.
• Scheduling service appointments.
• Supporting co-workers, the company and it's clients by providing helpful information, answering questions and responding to complaints in a professional manner.
• Educate callers on products and services.
• Follow-up on recommendations from services.
• Maintaining customer accounts and records.
• Support the team to ensure that customers are satisfied with products, services, and features.

Required Qualifications:

• A two year degree and/or 3+ years experience in a service industry and/or 3+ years experience in a call center or inside sales.
• 1 year of sales experience
• 2 + years in a professional office setting.
• 3 + years of customer service experience
• A clear and professional speaking voice as phones are a major function of the position.
• Stellar customer service skills and communication skills.
• The ability to effectively multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• The ability to type 40 + WPM with accuracy.
• MS Office Suite; specifically Word, Excel and Outlook.
• CRM database experience. We use Service Titan.
• Strong organizational skills and high attention to detail.
• The ability to learn about our products, services, and features.
