Position Summary:
The LPN Physician Practice provides direct and indirect patient care, under the supervision of the Registered Nurse utilizing the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation.

Qualifications

Qualifications Minimum Requirements:

Education:

Graduate of a school of nursing is required

License:

Licensed Practical Nurse in North Carolina is required (or compact state) Certification:

American Heart Association BLS required
