Full time Compensation Range : $16.00-16.80

Job Description

What You Will Do:

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical HVAC and plumbing systems
• Maintain clean and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture fixtures and hotel equipment such as laundry kitchen and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping groundskeeping and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

What We Are Looking For:

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
• Ability to bend squat walk and stand for extended periods
• HVAC electrical or plumbing certification a plus
