Job Title: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA)

Job Summary:
Redefined Staffing is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our
healthcare team. CNAs provide direct patient care and support to individuals in a healthcare
setting, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. The ideal candidate will have a strong
work ethic, excellent communication skills, and a passion for helping others.

Responsibilities:
- Assist patients with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and eating
- Follow care plans created by healthcare professionals and report any changes in patient
condition
- Take and record vital signs, including temperature, blood pressure, and pulse
- Assist in patient mobility and transfers, using proper lifting techniques and equipment
- Monitor patients for changes in behavior, condition, or vital signs
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients
- Maintain a clean and organized patient environment
- Adhere to all healthcare policies and procedures
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of a state-approved Certified Nursing Assistant training program
- Current CNA certification and CPR certification
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced healthcare environment
- Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move patients as needed

Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Certified Nursing Assistant
- Additional certifications or training in specific healthcare areas
- Knowledge of medical terminology and basic nursing skills
