$95K-$115K + $5,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Competitive Pay + Sign-On Bonus: $95K-$115K + $5K bonus ($2.5K after 3 months, $2.5K after 6 months)

• New Clinic, Proven Systems: Modern, collaborative space with established QA, goal banks, and documentation tools

• Leadership & Growth: Mentor staff, build culture, grow into Lead BCBA or Clinical Director

• Clinical Support You Can Count On: Dedicated BCBA Supervisor + hands-on Clinical Director

• BT Liaison & Staff Support: Scheduling, communication, and logistics handled-focus on clinical work

• Balanced Caseloads: Ethical, reasonable, and designed for success

• Master's degree in ABA, Psychology, or related field

• Active BCBA certification (BACB)
