Technical Support Specialist
Job Description:
The Technical Support Specialist at Octapharma Plasma, Inc. will play a crucial role in providing technical assistance and support to employees and users of company technology. The specialist will ensure the smooth operation and troubleshooting of systems, software, and hardware to optimize productivity and efficiency.
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems and applications
- Set up new user accounts and profiles and perform password resets
- Collaborate with IT team members to resolve complex technical issues
- Document troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and user feedback
- Ensure compliance with company policies and security standards
Essential Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Technical Support Specialist or similar role
- Strong knowledge of computer systems, software, and network administration
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently
- Attention to detail and a customer-oriented approach
Desired Experience:
- Minimum of 2 years of technical support experience
- Experience in a healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
- Certifications in relevant technologies are advantageous
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary Range: $61,000 - $89,000 per year
