Solution Architect

Akkodis is seeking a Solution Architect for a Contract with a client in Durham, NC. The ideal candidate Possesses mandatory proficiency in Life Sciences Cloud and excels in designing study workflows and governing enterprise‑scale architectural delivery.

Rate Range: $113/hour to $132/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Solution Architect job responsibilities include:

• Lead the end‑to‑end architectural design for Salesforce Life Sciences Cloud, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant solutions for decentralized clinical trial (DCT) workflows.

• Define integration architecture involving systems like Zavacor (CTMS), Kit Production System, Cisco CTI, and other enterprise platforms.

• Oversee data modeling, ingestion patterns, and API‑based integrations supporting study setup, study conduct, and patient engagement processes.

• Provide architectural governance by enforcing coding standards, reviewing solution designs, and ensuring platform alignment with HIPAA/GDPR and enterprise security policies.

• Collaborate with cross‑functional business and technical teams to validate requirements, resolve gaps, and align architectural decisions with program goals.

• Partner with technical leads and developers to ensure delivery feasibility, AI‑readiness, and adoption of best practices across the Salesforce ecosystem.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related technical field.

• 6–8 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, including hands‑on work with Life Sciences Cloud, Health Cloud, or enterprise-scale CRM platforms.

• Strong client-required expertise in designing secure, compliant architectures for regulated life sciences environments (HIPAA, GDPR, audit trails).

• Proven experience implementing integration architectures involving CTMS, CTI, data ingestion workflows, and API‑based enterprise systems.

Pay Details: $113.00 to $132.00 per hour
