**Job Summary:**
As a Server, you will play a vital role in ensuring our guests have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for providing attentive, efficient service while showcasing our menu offerings and contributing to a positive atmosphere. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for hospitality, and a keen attention to detail.

**Key Responsibilities:**

- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly manner.
- Present menus and offer recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Take food and beverage orders accurately and promptly.
- Serve food and beverages in a timely manner.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and address any issues that may arise.
- Process payments and handle cash/credit transactions securely.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure smooth service.
- Uphold health and safety regulations and maintain a clean work environment.
- Participate in pre-shift and post-shift meetings as needed.

**Qualifications:**

- Previous experience as a server in a restaurant or similar environment is preferred but not required.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to providing high-quality service.
