Project Coordinate Lead

Akkodis is seeking a Project Coordinate Lead for a contract job with a client in Charlotte, NC(Hybrid) . Responsibilities include coordinating delivery across multiple teams, managing dependencies, and providing status updates to stakeholders.

Rate Range: $50/hour to $53/ hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Project Coordinate Lead job responsibilities include:

• Led and coordinated project activities such as kick-offs, status reviews, and stakeholder meetings to ensure smooth project execution.

• Managing dependencies and ensuring effective communication across multiple teams to maintain project timelines.

• Providing regular status updates on deliverables, risks, issues, and schedules to stakeholders and leadership.

• Supporting resource planning and ensuring the efficient allocation of resources for successful project delivery.

• Promoting adherence to work management and changing standards, ensuring consistency across teams.

• Coaching team members to avoid common failure points and improve processes through training.

• Escalating governance risks that may impact project compliance and timely delivery.

Desired Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.

• Minimum of 5 years in project coordination, governance, or technology delivery roles.

• Strong familiarity with Agile delivery concepts and routines.

• Experience with work management standards and technology delivery processes.

Pay Details: $50.00 to $53.00 per hour
