Systems Support Engineer – Wealth Technology Platforms

Join a high‑impact technology team supporting web and domain platforms used by millions of investors to plan, build, and manage their financial futures. This role is critical to ensuring always‑on performance, rapid issue resolution, and continuous improvement across customer‑facing systems.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain high availability and performance of production systems through proactive monitoring, alerting, and incident response
• Triage and resolve critical issues using ITIL-based incident and change management practices
• Leverage log monitoring and analytics tools (Splunk, Datadog) to identify trends, troubleshoot issues, and reduce outages
• Partner with Agile delivery teams to support releases, implementations, and ongoing enhancements
• Drive automation and process improvement across system support and operational workflows

What You Bring

• Strong experience supporting production systems in fast-paced environments
• Front-end or integration experience with JavaScript, Node.js, Angular, or TypeScript
• Hands-on expertise with incident management, alerting, and root cause analysis
• Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) , containers (Docker), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins)
• Experience using tools like ServiceNow for production support and service delivery

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
