Responsibilities and Duties
As an Independent Agent, you will utilize our proven systems and training to:
Acquire New Clients: Set and manage appointments with prospective clients through existing leads, referrals, and professional networking.
Consultation & Sales: Conduct needs analyses and offer tailored, beneficial financial recommendations to generate consistent sales.
Client Management: Provide continuous, professional customer service to your established client base to ensure long-term satisfaction and retention.
Time Management: Master your schedule and work-life balance while meeting production goals.
Compensation and Opportunity
This role offers an aggressive, uncapped commission structure with significant performance-based incentives.
First-year earning potential for entry-level agents typically ranges between $50,000 - $75,000.
Part-time agents consistently average $20,000 - $40,000.
Experienced, top-tier agents with two or more years at Eclipse Agency are earning upwards of $200,000+ in commissions and bonuses.
