Description - Hybrid in Wilmington DE

Plan, design, and execute UI/front-end manual test cases for web applications supporting account opening and servicing.

Validate user workflows, accessibility, responsiveness, and cross-browser compatibility.

Partner with the Automation QA to identify regression candidates and ensure robust test coverage.

Log clear defects, track to resolution, and provide concise test reporting (daily/weekly status, test metrics).

Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project leads (one based in DE, one in Philly) to ensure deliverables meet quality gates ahead of August go-live.

Contribute to UAT support and production validation during release events.

Manual testing, Quality assurance, Agile, Test case, Jira, Sql

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Solid understanding of SDLC, defect lifecycle, and test management tools (e.g., Jira, Zephyr/Xray).

Experience with API smoke/validation and SQL for basic data checks is a plus.

Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.

Comfortable collaborating in a mixed model with automation resources and established frameworks..

This is a Contract position based out of Wilmington, DE.

The pay range for this position is $40.00 - $45.00/hr.
