SAP S/4HANA Lead Analyst

Thinking Minds' client is looking for an experienced SAP S/4HANA Lead Solution Analyst to bridge business needs with SAP technical solutions. This role is crucial for creating blueprints and ensuring seamless cross-functional solution interoperability. The analyst will work with L3 functional and technical leads across various SAP modules like MM , SD , FICO , MDG , PP , EWM , and ABAP to provide unified solutions. This position demands strong experience in solutioning end-to-end business processes using SAP S/4HANA .

• SAP S/4HANA expertise
• ABAP technical skills
• Experience with MDG , MM , SD , EWM , PP
• Knowledge of interfaces and technical skills
• Experience in Ariba & IBP is a plus
Role Overview
The SAP S/4HANA Lead Solution Analyst will provide technical leadership, focusing on business processes and S/4HANA systems. The role involves mentoring team members and being the primary point of contact for cross-functional collaborations. The analyst will ensure smooth data flow and processes between FICO , MM , SD , and PP modules, connecting SAP systems with other enterprise and manufacturing applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Gather and interpret business requirements for SAP solutions
• Create detailed solution blueprints and perform fit-gap analysis
• Guide development teams and ensure solutions meet standards
• Ensure integration between FICO , MM , SD , and PP modules
• Assist in Integration and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Improve system performance and scalability
• Create process and technical documentation
