Degree in Radiologic Technology, Certification in Radiologic Technology (ARRT Certification), and minimum 1+ years CT Tech experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Dual-Modality CT/Rad Tech 13-Week Contract Kings Mountain, NC

Sunbelt Staffing is seeking a skilled CT/Radiology Technologist for a 13-week contract in Kings Mountain, NC. This dual-modality role supports both general X-ray and CT imaging across ED, inpatient, observation, and outpatient units.

Shift & Schedule:

• 12-hour evening shift, 1:30 PM 11:30 PM (48 hours/week)

• No call

• One holiday per contract

• Schedule cycle: 13 weeks

Requirements:

• ARRT Radiologic Technology certification with advanced registry in CT

• BLS certification

• Minimum 2 years radiology/CT experience

• First-time travelers accepted

• Competent performing both CT and general X-rays, including portables

• Experience with venous/arterial phase and multi-phase scanning, stroke imaging, colorectal studies

• Peripheral IV starts

• TeraRecon knowledge preferred, not required

Equipment & Technology:

• CT Scanner: GE Optima AS 32

• Power Injector: Bayer/Medrad

• X-Ray: Shimadzu RadSpeed, Shimadzu portable, Phillips X-ray

• EMR: EPIC

• RIS: Epic Radiant

• PACS: Philips iSite

Department & Support:

• Average 85 total DX & CT studies/day

• No floating required

• Guest services/transport assistance for inpatient & observation patients

• Administrative onboarding (EPIC, eLearnings, policies) 1 day

• Departmental orientation 2 days to 1 week as needed
