The Warehousing Manager Bilingual is responsible for overseeing a small team of 1-10 employees, ensuring efficient warehouse operations through inventory control, logistics coordination, and staff management. This role demands strong bilingual communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and vendors while driving process improvements and maintaining high safety standards.
Responsibilities
- Manage inventory control to maintain accuracy and availability
- Coordinate logistics to optimize order fulfillment and shipment schedules
- Lead and develop a small warehousing team, fostering productivity and engagement
- Maintain and enforce warehouse safety protocols
- Ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment
- Communicate bilingually with staff, vendors, and stakeholders
- Handle vendor relations to support operational needs
- Prepare regular reports on warehousing performance and issues
- Provide training and develop team capabilities
- Identify and implement process improvements for operational efficiency
Preferred Qualifications
- Associate degree in Business or related field
- Experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Strong skills in inventory management and logistics coordination
- Fluency in multiple languages for bilingual communication
- Proven team leadership capabilities
- Ability to analyze data to inform decisions
- Vendor management experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Effective communication skills
