Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) – In-Home Care

Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN (As Needed)

Pay: $13.00–$15.00/hour (Starting pay is based on experience, qualifications, certifications, and agency needs.)

What You'll Do

As an In-Home CNA , you'll provide compassionate, non-medical personal care and supportive services under the supervision of the Agency Registered Nurse and in accordance with North Carolina regulations and Veridia Home Care policies.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Assisting clients with bathing, dressing, grooming, oral hygiene, toileting, and incontinence care

• Helping with transfers, mobility, ambulation, positioning, and fall prevention

• Assisting with meals, feeding, hydration, and light meal preparation

• Performing light housekeeping, laundry, grocery shopping, and other client-related errands

• Providing companionship, conversation, and emotional support

• Observing and reporting changes in a client's physical or emotional condition

• Accurately completing Electronic Visit Verification (EVV) and required documentation

• Maintaining client confidentiality and following all HIPAA guidelines and agency policies

What We're Looking For

• Current North Carolina CNA certification in good standing

• Ability to pass all required criminal background screenings

• Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license (when required for assigned clients)

• Current automobile insurance if driving for work

• Compassionate, dependable, and professional attitude

• Strong communication and time-management skills
