Beast Industries is the company behind it — a growing operation spanning video production, consumer goods, fintech, and creator platforms. The Opportunity

We are building an AI-assisted creative development system that generates hundreds of concept directions from a single brief — and we need someone who can make sense of all of it. The Creative Researcher is the primary filter between raw AI output and production-ready video frameworks. This role exists because volume alone isn't the answer; taste and judgment are.

You will work directly with senior creative leadership, presenting and defending your selections weekly. If you have spent years absorbing MrBeast's content, understand why the formats work, and have made AI tools a genuine part of how you think and create — this role was built for you.

What You'll Do

Receive creative briefs, run them through our internal AI creative system, and generate up to 500 raw concept directions per videoFilter those directions down to the top 20-30% strongest using deep knowledge of the channel's format history, challenge mechanics, and audience behavior — MrBeast-specific judgment, not general YouTube tasteDevelop the strongest candidates into fully pitchable video frameworks: premise, challenge structure, elimination mechanics, key visual moments, and emotional payoffPresent and verbally defend your selections in live weekly pitch sessions with senior creative leadership — this is a standing requirement, not an occasional askWork multiple concepts simultaneously at different stages of development, cycling them through feedback and revision until greenlit for productionDocument into decks what you generated and why you discarded it — your filtering logic is as important as your final selectionsBuild and maintain a living library of challenge mechanics, elimination formats, and visual bit templates the broader creative team can referenceMonitor trends in YouTube format and challenge design to bring outside references into the development process

What You'll Bring

Required

Deep, demonstrated familiarity with MrBeast's content catalog — format history, challenge mechanics, elimination structures, and what has and has not worked on the channel. Generic YouTube knowledge is not sufficient.Proven, active daily use of AI tools (Claude, Gemini, ChatGPT, or equivalent) as a genuine part of a creative workflow — must be able to show the work, not just describe itStrong editorial judgment: ability to evaluate hundreds of AI-generated ideas rapidly, identify the handful worth pursuing, and explain the reasoning without ambiguityDemonstrated comfort with high-volume creative evaluation under deadline — processing 500+ ideas per cycle and making rapid, confident go/no-go decisions is core to the weekly workflowLive pitching ability: must be able to present and verbally defend creative selections in a high-stakes environment with senior stakeholders

Preferred

Experience in a YouTube channel, creator studio, or high-output digital content operation where volume was high and audience feedback was fast and measurableBackground in game design, competition format development, or puzzle construction — fields where tension, fairness, and payoff are explicit design problemsExperience in any creative role requiring rapid curation of large volumes of raw material under deadlineAbility to speak in depth about specific MrBeast format patterns without being coached
