Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Data Entry Representative to join our Customer Service team. This role requires a blend of data management skills, customer service excellence, and product knowledge to ensure accurate order entry and efficient support for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Accurately enter customer orders, invoices, and other related data into our system.
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing prompt and accurate assistance.
• Assist customers with questions related to cabinetry products, ensuring they have all the information needed for their purchase decisions.
• Collaborate with the sales and warehouse teams to ensure orders are processed and shipped correctly.
• Conduct basic research on product details and specifications as needed to answer customer questions and improve service accuracy.
• Follow up on orders, tracking shipments, and ensuring customers are informed of any updates or changes.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying data entry or service processes that can be optimized.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in data entry or customer service is a plus.
• Proven experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field, preferably within the cabinetry, construction, or home improvement industries.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in data entry.
• Proficiency with customer service software, CRM systems, and data entry applications.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
