Job Title: Automotive Sales Consultant
Location: Asheville Ford Lincoln – Asheville, NC

Fulltime - 4 day work week

Pay Range - 1st year earning $55-$75k!

We proudly represent two of the most respected brands in the industry, Ford Motor Company and Lincoln Motor Company, offering a full lineup of new and pre-owned vehicles. If you’re passionate about helping customers find the perfect vehicle and delivering an exceptional buying experience, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Greet customers and assist them throughout the vehicle purchasing process

• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles

• Conduct product presentations and test drives

• Explain financing, warranties, and available options

• Follow up with prospective and existing customers

• Maintain strong knowledge of current inventory and manufacturer programs

• Build lasting relationships to generate repeat and referral business

What We’re Looking For

• Positive, professional, and customer-focused attitude

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Self-motivated with a desire to achieve and exceed goals

• Sales experience preferred (automotive experience is a plus, but not required)

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

• 4 day work week

• Ability to work flexible hours, including Saturdays, and/or Sundays
