The Big Task

As our HVAC Service Manager , you’ll oversee and develop a team of Maintenance Technicians. Your role will focus on leadership, accountability, and results — ensuring the right people are on the team, that they’re trained to perform at the highest level, and that customer satisfaction remains outstanding.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, and retain high-quality Maintenance Technicians.
• Lead daily operations for the maintenance team, including scheduling, performance, and productivity.
• Train, coach, and hold technicians accountable to company standards.
• Partner with dispatch to maximize efficiency and ensure the right techs are on the right jobs.
• Set team goals, track KPIs, and ensure business objectives are consistently met.
• Foster a culture of professionalism, safety, and 5-star customer service.
• Be the leader who sets the tone, inspires growth, and drives results.

What You Bring

• Minimum 5 years of HVAC industry experience , with at least 2+ years in a leadership/management role .
• Proven success managing technicians and delivering business results.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and accountability skills.
• Ability to inspire both personal and professional growth in your team.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and operational software. Service Titan experience preferred.
• A customer-first mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
