Eldercare at Home is seeking a compassionate and dependable Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our dedicated team as an Experienced Staff Aide .

This is a unique and rewarding opportunity for a CNA who enjoys variety and teamwork. The Staff Aide plays an important role in starting new cases, providing fill-in coverage, and mentoring new aides, all while making a meaningful difference in the lives of the clients we serve.

Position Highlights

• Full-time day shifts available between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and every other weekend as needed
• Pay rate: $17–$20/hr based on experience
• Work closely with a supportive, collaborative care team
• Opportunity to develop leadership skills while providing hands-on care

What You'll Do

As a Staff Aide, you'll support both clients and fellow caregivers by:

• Providing personal care , companionship , and light housekeeping
• Assisting with transportation and errands
• Starting new client cases and providing short-term fill-in coverage
• Mentoring and supporting new aides as they join the team
• Promoting a positive, caring experience for every client

Qualifications

• Active CNA license required
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Minimum 1 year of professional caregiving experience
• Availability between 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM and every other weekend as needed
• Dependable, flexible, and team-oriented
