Trademark Litigation Associate (Federal Court & TTAB)

Charlotte, NC | Onsite | $200,000–$340,000 (DOE) | Relocation assistance available

Bryant Staffing Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a confidential national law firm. The attorney will be employed directly by the client law firm.

A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Trademark Litigation Associate to join its Intellectual Property practice in Charlotte, North Carolina. This role is ideal for an attorney with 2+ years of trademark litigation experience, including federal court matters and TTAB proceedings. You will work on sophisticated brand‑protection disputes, collaborate with top‑tier IP practitioners, and contribute to high‑impact litigation strategies.

• Manage trademark litigation matters from inception through resolution
• Draft pleadings, motions, and discovery responses
• Conduct and manage discovery, including depositions
• Represent clients in TTAB proceedings
• Develop and implement trademark enforcement and brand‑protection strategies
• Collaborate with colleagues across practice areas to deliver comprehensive IP counsel
• Support trial preparation and appellate matters as needed

• Juris Doctor (J.D.); Top 50 law school preferred
• Minimum 3.0 GPA preferred
• 2+ years of trademark litigation experience in federal courts and before the TTAB
• Background with an Am Law 200 firm strongly preferred
• Open to candidates from highly regarded regional firms handling sophisticated matters
• Excellent research, writing, and oral advocacy skills
• Licensed in North Carolina or eligible for admission
• Strong client‑service mindset and professional presence

Preferred :

• Experience with complex brand‑enforcement strategies
• Prior trial preparation or appellate experience
• Familiarity with multi‑jurisdictional IP disputes
• Strong interest in long‑term IP litigation career development
