Siemens Power Protection and Automation business is seeking a strategic leader to shape the future of our power protection and automation panel business. This role focuses on defining where to play and how to win by combining market intelligence, solution strategy, and operational scalability to accelerate growth of standardized and configurable panel solutions. This is a high-visibility opportunity within Siemens EA to influence market direction, solution strategy, and business scale with the backing of a global technology leader. We are looking for a Portfolio Strategy Owner - Power Protection & Automation Panels. This position will be based in Wendell, North Carolina. We strongly encourage local candidates to apply . Relocation assistance is available if eligible.

You’ll make a difference by:

• Market Intelligence & Strategy: Quantify market opportunity, identify high-growth segments, and analyze competitive landscapes to guide strategic direction for the power protection and automation panel business.
• Portfolio & Solution Architecture: Act as the primary architect for the panel business strategy, aligning protection, automation, HMI, networking, and control capabilities into scalable, standards-compliant panel solutions.
• Sales & Go-to-Market Enablement: Shape how panel solutions are positioned and adopted by enabling Sales and Marketing with clear application narratives, solution boundaries, and reference architectures.
• Operational Excellence & Scalability: Enable processes and digital tools that streamline panel configuration, quoting, and delivery, positioning the business for sustained 4× growth.

You’ll win us over by having the following qualifications:

Basic Qualifications:

• Seven (7) or more years of experience leading or shaping complex technical portfolios, product lines, or business units specifically within power systems, automation, protection, or industrial control panels.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship now or in the future.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Proven performance in portfolio strategy, product management, strategic programs, or strategic marketing roles within the energy or industrial automation sectors.
