Seven Healthcare are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse specializing in Pediatrics for a travel assignment in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. This role offers the opportunity to provide quality care in a premier academic medical center with an emphasis on pediatric hematology/oncology and general pediatric care. Key Responsibilities of the RN - PEDS
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care, including patients with leukemia, solid tumors, and cystic fibrosis.
- Administer chemotherapy and manage central lines.
- Utilize strong pediatric assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Work collaboratively with CNAs, phlebotomy, and other support staff.
- Engage in safety rounding and patient monitoring with Epic EMR and Alaris IV Pumps.
Requirements of the RN - PEDS
- Current RN licensure
- BLS certification required; PALS preferred
- Minimum 1 year of experience in pediatric acute care or pediatric hematology/oncology
