Dental Office Manager
Our dental office is looking for an office manager to provide superior service to our valued patients. You need excellent interpersonal communication skills in order to lead the team and communicate calmly and reassuringly with patients. The ideal candidate thrives on organization and understands the value of supporting others.
We are looking for an individual who is able to work independently and is prepared to help build a team. This position has great potential for growth and does require substantial dental knowledge and experience.

Essential functions:
- Must have 1 year of dental experience minimum.
- Accounts Receivable.
- Motivating and leading the team.
- Assist in Marketing.
- Handle all aspects of customer service.
- Assist in hiring.
- Working with clinical staff to ensure a smooth patient experience.
- Handling all aspects of admin.

- Is forward-thinking in all matters pertaining to work and patient satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal skills with regard to fellow employees and patients.
- Meticulous in record-keeping.
