Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate all general restaurant activities, ensuring efficient operations and adherence to company policies.
- Oversee guest services and address customer concerns or complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure a high standard of food quality, presentation, and service delivery.
- Train, mentor, and manage service personnel, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
- Create and adjust staff schedules to meet restaurant needs while controlling labor costs.
- Perform basic financial tasks such as cash handling, daily sales reports, and payroll management.
- Handle administrative duties including inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining records.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in a management role within the food service industry or related fields.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and inspire a diverse team.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with staff and customers.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure operational excellence.
