Senior Helpers of Waxhaw & Monroe is seeking compassionate and reliable caregivers—including Companion Caregivers, PCAs, and CNAs—to support seniors in Union, Cabarrus, Stanly, and Rowan counties . We match your experience and strengths with clients who will benefit most from your care.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist clients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility)
• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Participate in client preferred activities (e.g., gardening, games, crafts)
• Prepare meals and support light household tasks
• Monitor and document changes in clients’ physical or cognitive condition
• Maintain a safe, clean environment
• Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals
• Follow individualized care plans and company policies

Qualifications

• Previous caregiving or healthcare experience required
• Compassionate, patient, and dependable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Reliable transportation to client homes
• Ability to pass a background check
