Documentation Specialist

R&D Partners is seeking to hire a Documentation Specialist in Clayton, NC .

Your main responsibilities as a Documentation Specialist:

• Operating and sustaining our document management systems (DCM and PRM), organizing and indexing regulated documentation (digital and physical), executing periodic inventories and preservation activities in the Records Room, ensuring compliance with internal/external regulations, and preparing reports/presentations and meeting materials tied to regulated documentation workflows.
• These responsibilities map to the requisition items under Digital Documentation Management, Archive Documentation Management, Regulatory Compliance, and Administrative Support

Pay Scale:

$33,280 - $41,600 Dependent on Experience)
