Position Description: We are looking for a Maintenance Tech to support residential manufactured home communities. The Maintenance Tech will assume all responsibilities associated maintaining park owned homes as the community's property through general repairs, unit rehabilitation, and groundskeeping. Accountable TaskMake repairs in areas such as HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, dry wall/woodwork, remodel repairs, and appliances. Operate a floor machine that waxes and buffs Paint using paint sprayer and/or roller brush Lay and/or replace vinyl flooring Address post-occupancy repair/renovation and maintenance issues Work in tandem with the local property management team and the fund's Director of Maintenance Coordinate technicians and vendors to complete work orders, Address punch lists and correct other deficiencies in occupied properties Job Requirements 2-5 years of maintenance experience Must have reliable transportation Must have handyman tools Must be able to work as a team Strong Customer Service Skills Excellent Organization Ability to utilize technology to communicate effectively and schedule appointments Clean background check Knowledge of all types of construction repairs and renovation Education High School Diploma or 5 years applicable experience preferred. ** ALL HIRES ARE CONTINGENT ON PASSING BACKGROUND AND DRUG SCREENING **
